RESERVATIONS

Due to an increasingly high demand of services, please be sure to call in advanced to schedule appointments. You may do so by contacting us at the 1-603-255-3400 ext.* 2608. The Salon & Day Spa are located on the lobby level of the Hampshire House, adjacent to the elevator.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All we ask is that you give us three hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If notification is received with less than three hours notice a cancellation penalty of 50% of the service price will be required. Failure to cancel or reschedule and/or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in a penalty of the full price of the service.

SPECIAL REQUESTS / CONDITIONS

All appointments begin at scheduled time. You may undress to your comfort level, or you may prefer to fully disrobe for your treatment, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. When making your reservations, please state any preference you may have for male or female therapists. We will do our very best to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please let your therapist know if you have any medical conditions they should be aware of for your well being. Upon entering the Spa please turn of pagers, cell phones, and other electrical devices.
